How to order Vehicle from JPN AUTO TRADE

First you must check the Stock list and select the available vehicles or make order with all specs and requirements

When you contact us we will offer the best discount to you ( CIF, C&F, FOB ) up to your port.

The way of shipping the vehicle to you

When you place an order for vehicles, please inform to us the Consignee name and address to arrange the shipment

and other invoice requirements. When we receive this information we will FAX or email a Proforma Invoice to you.

Then you have to pay 100% of the full payments or total amount by Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) to our bank and send the

Bank Receipt to our Company by FAX.

Once we receive the money from you, we will make arrangements to ship the order and inform you of the shipping

date with vessel name.

After the shipment, we will fax you the Bill of Lading. Then you have to pay the balance money. If you see any

administrative mistake or you wish to change the shipping documents you can contact our sales representative for

necessary changes.

Once we receive the balance payment we will send you all the original documents by UPS, EMS or DHL and send

the vehicle to your port. You have to wait until vehicle reaches to your port and then you can collect your shipment.

4 steps of Exporting Vehicles

1) Contact JPN AUTO TRADE to reserve a vehicle.We will send you a Proforma invoice.

2) Send us a deposit of approximately 100% of the CIF or C & F price by T/T. We will arrange customs clearance

and shipping to your port.

3) The vehicles will be shipped.We can send copy of documents by fax or e-mail.

4) We will send all the documents by UPS, EMS or DHL express courier.
