Sales terms and conditions

1) Agreement is made and entered into between our company and the customer.

2) Please be advised that we only sell used cars unless if it is advertised as brand new. The used cars are usually have

marginal defects and it is the customer who should realize that, any claims will not be paid due to the vehicle not

being in brand new condition and therefore a certain tolerance on the overall general condition of the vehicle has

to be considered.

3) Vehicles are available on first come first serve basis. If more than one customer is interested in the same vehicle,

the vehicle will be sold to the one who pays first.

4) If a payment reaches us late and the vehicle is sold to another customer, we will provide you with a similar vehicle

with similar specifications.

5) You must be 18 years old or over to buy a vehicle. People younger than 18 years can buy a car through their legal

guardian.

6) All brand new vehicles that are eligible for export from Japan have to legally undergo a registration cancellation

process. After which they may appear to be used vehicles in documents, but they are to be considered as brand new

vehicles.

7) Vehicles sold under the term “USED AS IT IS WHERE IT IS BASIS” are intended to be sold as they are and no

reconditioning is included in the sales contract.

8) If a vehicles option/accessory is not mentioned in the specification/extras of the vehicle on the website

then JPN AUTO TRADE is not responsible for its functioning and / or condition, as it may not be functioning

properly. Any option / accessory mentioned in the pecification / extras of the vehicle on the website may or may not

be functioning properly and are sold as it is.

9) The terms and conditions of sales comply with the Japanese laws, and conform to rules and regulations pertaining

to automobile export / trading. As such enactment, validity, interpretation, and execution of these terms and

conditions are subject to the Japanese automobile export / trading laws, rules and regulations only.

10) Should any dispute between the buyer(s) and the Company occur with regards to the service, and/or any contracts

concluded through the service, the parties concerned agree to attempt to settle any such disputes through dialogue in

a most sincere manner.

11) In case, if the dispute(s) failed to be resolved through dialogue between the concerned parties, the Saitama

District Court, Japan, holds original and exclusive jurisdiction over resolution of the dispute.

12) A certain percentage(%) discount is offered on bulk purchase. The percentage varies according to the number of

units purchased, the greater the number of units purchased, the higher the percentage discount to a predetermined

limitation.

13) JPN AUTO TRADE Co. Ltd. is not responsible for any damage that occurs to the vehicle during shipment

and / orafter it has reached the destination port.

14) All payments must made by wire transfer (Telegraphic Transfer) to our bank. When you fill bank receipt of wire

transfer you must write your company name and email or fax a copy of bank receipt to JPN Auto Trade. Also we will

accept irrevocable L/C at sight (but not for all countries).

15) JPN AUTO TRADE used vehicles make no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied,

about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability with respect to the website or information,

goods, products, services or related graphics contained on jpnauto.com for any purpose. Any reliance you place on

such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

16) No vehicle will be shipped until full payment is received and amount is cleared prior to shipment.

NOTE : We don`t refund any payments based on the customers complaint or request. However, if a situation

arises that is reasonable for a refund, we will be deducting 30% of the payment received as administration

and banking fees plus all the costs and charges will also be deducted.

17) JPN AUTO TRADE is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any kind of refund if the customer cancels the order after

shipment. Refund of the amount will be transferred only to senders account and not to another account which is

considered as INVALID BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION.

18) If the customer fails to complete the full 100% payment within 1month after ordering or fails or ignores to accept

the vehicle or fails to supply information, consignee details, documents ora special permit necessary to arrange

shipping, JPN AUTO TARDE has the right to cancel the order and will consider the order as canceled and a

cancelation of the order by the customer, so no refund will be made.

19) Once the payment is received the following documentation, necessary to clear the vehicle at the destination port,

will be sent to you via mail or courier after the vessel has been shipped.

i) B/L (Bill of Lading)

ii) Invoice

iii) Export Certification

iv) Other required documents for your local customs

20) Buyer and consignee names and addresses have to be confirmed so email or fax them to us to make sure that all

the shipping documents are correctly prepared before shipment.

21) JPN AUTO TRADECo., Ltd. Or jpnauto.com reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time

to time. By continuing to use this website, you the user agree to any changes and agree to be bound by the terms of

the agreement, as modified.
